Let's hand-press out some wine!
It's 3 weeks after the smashing and the extraction of juice from our grapes! All the needed ingredients are now extracted from the skins into the juice, the sugar is low and alcohol is up! So, its time to hand-press them out and get a glimpse of our new wine!!
The event starts at 5pm and the process takes up to 2 hours to be finished.
Each step is important and your help is going to be massive! Every year is unique, telling a different story with the help of your touch!
What is included
• Winery tour
• Participation in the production
• Unlimited wine drinking of our white Chardonnay and 2 of our Reds, the Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
• Cheese and Charcuterie platter
