Hand-picked selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our vineyard "Honi", smashed into juice and fermented with it's own Wild and Indigenous natural yeast.
Aged for 20 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by handmade bottling and cellar storing for 8 months before are available on the market.

Pair it with a steak or lamb. Or even a nice medium burger. If you want something to just compliment it, hard cheeses makes all the difference.

Store your wine in a dark place, away from light and exposure on high temperatures, to keep its great taste.
Best conditions for storage is 16oC and 60% humidity.
