Rose Syrah 2023

Hand-picked selected Syrah grapes from our vineyards, turned into juice and fermented with it's own Wild and Indigenous natural yeast.

Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by handmade bottling and cellar storing for 3 months before are available on the market.

Being a bold rose, can be paired well with Salmon, Duck or even grilled meat.
Mix it with Charcuteries and mainly soft cheeses, or grilled veggies.

Store your wine in a dark place, away from light and exposure on high temperatures, to keep its great taste.

Best conditions for storage is 16oC and 60% humidity.

Best served at 8-10oC
