Syrah 2020

Hand-picked selected Syrah grapes from our vineyard "Limnes", smashed into juice and fermented with it's own Wild and Indigenous natural yeast.

Aged for 20 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by handmade bottling and cellar storing for 8 months before are available on the market.

All meat matches well, especially a juice steak or grilled pork. Mixing it with foods made with herbs, can bring out all kind of flavours and aromas. If you want something to just compliment it, all cheeses are perfect.

Store your wine in a dark place, away from light and exposure on high temperatures, to keep its great taste.

Best conditions for storage is 16oC and 60% humidity.
