Hand-picked selected grapes from our vineyards, smashed into juice and fermented with it's own Wild and Indigenous natural yeast.

A blended wine, exploiting special flavors and memorable smells.

Aged in stainless steel tanks for 20 months, before handmade bottling, followed by 18 months of cellar storing, before available on the market.

All meat is up there with this blended wine, having the balance of both varieties. From Pork to Beef and from Lamb to Duck, the choices are too many.

Store your wine in a dark place, away from light and exposure on high temperatures, to keep its great taste.

Best conditions for storage is 16oC and 60% humidity.

Served best at 16-18oC
