Aged for 20 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by handmade bottling and cellar storing for 8 months before are available on the market.
Pair it with a steak or lamb. Or even a nice medium burger. If you want something to just compliment it, hard cheeses makes all the difference.

All meat matches well, especially a juice steak or grilled pork. Mixing it with foods made with herbs, can bring out all kind of flavors and aromas. If you want something to just compliment it, all cheeses are perfect.

Chicken and Pasta are the most common pairing of a warm climate Chardonnay. White fish and Shellfish can match really well. Mix it up with some creamy cheese, like Brie and Burrata.
